Time recording is now mandatory for teachers and school staff
Since 30th september 2025, the Spanish Government approved a Royal Decree-Law that reinforces the obligation to record the working hours aff all workers, including teaching and non-teaching staff in educational centers. This measure aims to guarantee transparency in working hours and ensure compliance with labor rights. A complex reality: schedules, shifts and multiple functions.
Unlike other sectors, work in educational centers is not measured solely by the hours spend in front of students.
