eHabilis makes the teleworking and teleformation system available to its clients free of charge

The eHabilis platform has decided to make the video conferencing system available to its clients free of charge.

The eHabilis - Knowledge Management System platform, awarded at the last two TALENT SUMMIT events, as one of the top 10 talent and knowledge management applications in the 2018 and 2019 annuities, has decided to make the videoconferencing system available to its clients free of charge for 3 months.

This change is motivated by the current outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), which is affecting the health of our society, as well as our way of relating and working.

Aware of the success that eHabilis has had in recent years, proposing a completely digital business organization model, which allows us to manage our knowledge, communicate and telework, we have decided to enable this functionality to:

  • All our clients for 3 months free of charge.
  • For new clients we will apply a 30% discount on any eHabilis installation that will include this video conferencing module by default.

How to use the eHabilis video conferencing system for teleworking?

eHabilis is a platform that through a system of importers allows us to create and show immediately our entire organizational structure, identifying our entire organization and the role that each professional occupies in each department or organizational unit.

It is those responsible that we identify as managers (heads of departments, organizational units or working groups) who are in charge of activating as many videoconferences as they require to organize their entire team.

Another feature of the eHabilis video conferencing system is that all video conferencing is linked to the notification system by the attendees being alerted at the same time as the video conferencing system was created and one hour before it was created, being also accessible from any Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Digital Board device.

How to hold individual or small group digital meetings?
